Access to the switches is from the outside of the case - not from inside the case. Remove a L shaped trim piece from the bottom of the side of the case. Pull the side wood paneling panel out slightly in the center and the panel will drop down exposing the back of the switch box. Remove the back cover to expose the switches for replacement.
